Pros

President and managing partners live up to the mantra that the way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your customers. FPG provides continuing team development through certifications, mentorship by senior team members and investing in technology to bring a global workforce together. Be under no false pretense - you will work hard but the rewards and opportunities to move up in the company are in direct relation. You will be expected to contribute and make the team better. As a result, you will be provided with the chance to grow and cut a career path based entirely on your effort. To this point, a word of advice: listen to people in the company that have moved up. If they suggest that you share your thoughts, insights, book reviews, participate on calls, do it. The reason is that promotions don't happen based on how long you have worked here. If you want to move up, listen to those that have done it and pattern your work ethic after theirs. As a result of our work around the world we have increased our clients' profits exponentially. However, what is most rewarding is that we change people's lives and help families enjoy a higher standard of living. The ripple effects of that are immeasurable.

Cons

If you are a person who is looking for a wall flower job, pass this one up.
