Pros

The job is fairly simple and not draining. Everyone here is really nice and professional. If you have any questions, management is always more than willing to help you out.

Cons

Sometimes there are difficult phone calls that come through. Some of the processes that we have take time and time is money on the customer's end so there's a few frustrated phone calls. But very rare and the management team takes time to train you on how to handle those calls to help the customer and take care of yourself and the company's image at the same time.

Pros

Frontline leadership truly cares about their people! I always feel respected and appreciated. They focus not only on production, but also on building leaders and supporting employees through their career goals. Everyone who works here is kind and supportive.
