Pros

Frontline Selling is a company that is positioned uniquely in that you have an opportunity to gain experience and insight in a wide range of markets and industry verticals. The organization has an open door leadership policy, and it's an environment where the team is there to support eachother and grow collectively.... which frankly is rare in any selling environment. Promotion and earnings are well defined and in favor of growth professionally as well as earnings. Employees are compensated on defined results, and recognized by leadership on work effort - great crew to be onboard with!

Cons

If you are timid, or see yourself as not willing to learn and challenge yourself on improvement... this is not the company for you. If you don't aspire to work hard to reach your goals and prefer a "just show up" role, you will be dissatisfied here, because you will be challenged to reach beyond yourself. If you have difficulty taking ownership of your responsibilities or mistakes.... there are other companies to look for a role where you can "get by" without applying yourself.

Pros

Awesome environment with a focus on learning and constructed criticism

Cons

You have to sit on calls with clients to do introductions. This can be very time consuming if you book multiple meetings, or Meaningful Interactions as they call it.

Pros

The role in itself can be monotonous but the new leadership team had a delegative leadership style and encourage employees to utilize their creativity, resources, and strengths to help them meet their goals. They dont micromanage, rather they trust and rely on their employees to do their jobs with integrity and grit. Goals are very attainable so pay can be very lucrative. Offers great work-life balance.

Cons

Fully remote position so can feel disconnected at times. Not enough team building activities or opportunities to get together with the team.
