Promotion and earnings are well defined and in favor of growth professionally as well as earnings. Employees are compensated on defined results, and recognized by leadership on work effort - great crew to be onboard with!

If you are timid, or see yourself as not willing to learn and challenge yourself on improvement... this is not the company for you. If you don't aspire to work hard to reach your goals and prefer a "just show up" role, you will be dissatisfied here, because you will be challenged to reach beyond yourself. If you have difficulty taking ownership of your responsibilities or mistakes.... there are other companies to look for a role where you can "get by" without applying yourself.
