Pros

The clients are awesome, its a shame that the entire way the company is ran forces staff to quite and leave the clients short staffed and hurt by losing people they care for.

Cons

The entire way the company is ran!!! I was FORCED to work 24 hour shifts regularly and sometimes even 30 hour shifts!!! I was a manager so I was salaried and working 60-70 hour weeks for a year making only $1076 per check every two weeks, which comes out to only about $8 a hour. No bonuses or incentives, Horrible insurance, everyone is grumpy and hard to get ahold of management. All everyone does on shift is complain about their job.

Pros

The clients. To help facilitate and give back to people with special needs is the best way to spend your day. To put a smile on one of their faces is priceless. To help them try new things and often times overcome their fears is also priceless. To see them become proud of themselves is an unforgettable experience.

Cons

low pay, very poor selection of employees, no one likes criticism. You are unappreciated if you go above and beyond and often targeted due to other staff being in fear because you work harder than they do.
