Pros
I started working for Frontop in 2015. The people I work with are very friendly and helpful, overall I find it to be a decent environment to work in. The salary and bonuses are reasonable. Since it's a growing company, I had a lot of opportunities to work on different projects, and learned different facets of the company instead of doing the same thing everyday.
Cons
The management team works very hard, and they have very high expectations for other people. It's good but can be too stressful sometimes.
