Pros
Initial training experience is good and the team behaves professionally during onboarding. The work environment seems positive at the beginning and processes are explained clearly.
Cons
After training, there is very little support from seniors or management. Even for small mistakes, management reacts strongly instead of helping employees improve. The biggest issue is salary transparency—there is a significant difference (almost 50%) between the salary mentioned in the job description and the actual in-hand salary. Communication from seniors is poor when help is needed
