Great work environment. Great team.

Substantial travel. Relatively smaller size firm.

Pay was par, but should be expected.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I was terminated without meaningful explanation, and when I asked for clarity, I was simply told, “this is how we do things here.” That response alone reflected the overall culture I experienced while working there. In my opinion, management appeared far more focused on internal politics and protecting certain personalities than on employee development, communication, or actual performance. There seemed to be a major disconnect between leadership and what employees were dealing with on a daily basis. The environment often felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and poorly managed. Employees considering this company should understand that workplace dynamics and favoritism may carry more weight than merit or contributions. Others may have a different experience, but this was mine.
