Pros
Flexible work hours, 40 hours a week typically but can easily get to 60+ hours a week which is still good considering the pay. The opportunity to work on several projects and discuss forefront market trends with senior and executive management of Fortune 500 companies is directly in front of you to take. Just about everyone is familiar with Frost & Sullivan.
Cons
The opportunity is there but the execution is poor - very poor. There is no clear system in place so things easily got lost or forgotten. There are so many internal processes that it simply gets frustrating to get anything decent done. The incentives are not there to make employees work together and collaborate on a project. Instead they are there to create internal competition which means you're often not able to get the resources to help you and your client.
