A First Step - Account Manager Frost & Sullivan Employee Review

Pros

Friendly atmosphere where you have team bonding activities outside the office, which enables you to know your colleagues better. Usually young staff (most of them below 30.)

Cons

Good if you don't plan to stay for too long. IT infrstructure is totally inadequate, salaries are too low and staff turnover is incredibly high. Management ignores those issues and don't mind seeing 20% of the work force leave every year. Management doesn't share information and you have a lot of back stabbing taking place as well, like superiors ridiculing junior staff during client meetings and justifying it later by the fact they had to go through the same thing in the past.

Pros

I get to work from home

Cons

I haven't gotten my earned raises in 6 years. The only way you get your bonus is if you quit.
