      Good work life balance Its a good place if you are satisfied doing a monotonous job and earning a decent salary

      Cons

      HR behave more like your boss and do not create a congenial environment Promises made before employment not met Senior Management do not care to revert back Job description advertised is very different from reality Consulting is mostly customized research No proper feedback channel for grievances and complaints
