Pros
Despite its issues Frost & Sullivan gave me a chance close to leaving school, and was a great stepping stone for future jobs. Its immense potential is wasted on senior management that just doesn't really get it.
Cons
At the highest levels, F&S has some of the oddest people running the company. It handcuffs what would otherwise be a really solid organization.
