      Pros

      Frye Properties has room for growth if you show initiative. The VPs and C- level executives are always willing to listen to concerns and/or recommendations for improvement. They believe in quality and standing behind their word. There are a lot of great people that you get to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Decent, but not the most competitive benefits package.

      Pros

      Great people! Everyone tries their best and is fully committed. The development/building side turns out a great product

      Cons

      Employees are asked wayyyyy too much and aren’t appropriately compensated. The personnel needs to be double to efficiently do the work!
