Hhhmmmmm...got nothin'. Unless they change how they run the company.

This place is a joke. The so-called "Leadership" team is comprised of selfish, arrogant power-hungry incompetents who have unwittingly run the company into the ground. Sales have been down for a long time, primarily due to incompetent management and poor product quality control. Actually, no product quality control. The air compressors they make (almost all in China even though they claim they're made in the USA) have a terrible reputation in the industry, this according to their own distributors, sales people and technicians. But they won't do anything about it. Customer complaints are constant but nothing is done about it. One particular staffer has basically taken over the entire office operation and is clueless, but loves power and firing people left and right for all the wrong reasons. Oh, yeah, the building is infested with mice. EVERYWHERE! They put mouse traps in people's offices, the hallways and the bathrooms. The mens' bathroom is filthier than any gas station restroom you've been in. Gross. The "breakroom" looks like a prison movie set. If you're incompetent, you'll go far here. You may even run the company someday. Somebody has to. Do yourself, and your career, a favor, and apply at McDonald's, more security and you'll go farther.
