Pros

The culture is perfect for hard working, ambitious, client and participant focused team members, capable of delivering great ROI for clients and Fuel. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards, with three very simple commitments: to be the highest paid, highest quality and best trained team in the industry. The company benefits are significantly beyond what you would expect from a business of this size. Fuel don’t offer gimmick benefits such as unlimited holiday (loaded with so many conditions, employees fail to take normal holiday). Great holiday, performance related pay, full suite of salary sacrifice, holiday swap, buy and sell. The roles are specialist and team members only focus on one role, removing ambiguity and confusion - you start your day clear on what you are going to do and achieve. Support from many of the long serving team members is always available and encouraged.

Cons

Due to unparalleled success, the business is in rapid growth and requires team members to be culturally aligned. It’s not for everyone. It’s f a leisurely pace with lack of focus and purpose is what you seek, Fuel is not for you.

Pros

Wider team are awesome Good salary & equipment

Cons

Have to work extra just to keep up. High turnover of colleagues. Ego led leadership by some All about the numbers not about doing what is right for the learners. Pretend to care but in reality don't.
