      Pros

      Our Fuel50 Talent Marketplace Software is incredible, the work that our IT Team and Head of Operations put into the ongoing development and evolution is mind blowing. The Team at Fuel50 are some of the best people I have ever worked with. The dedication to see Success across Fuel50 is felt in every department across the business. Whilst we are global there is a strong sense of TEAM and collaboration.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership need to take more direct feedback from the people on the ground up. Systems need an overhaul and to be aligned across Sales, Marketing and Client Services.

      We appreciate your feedback, our experience survey which we just had is a great way to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. We pride ourselves in engaging the team at all levels through all hands team meetings, quarterly Sprint and fireside where Fuellie voice is always encouraged and valued. As a growing company we are constantly working to improve our systems and processes.       Such a great group of people. Some of the smartest and kind people I have had the pleasure of working with. Company is starting to starting to get in its stride now.

      Cons

      A lot of change and things were a bit of a mess but we are through those challenges and things are turning around.
