Benefits mentioned are rarely upheld, and promises often go unfulfilled unless specifically secured in a time-bound contract with clear consequences. The work environment under her leadership lacks respect and stability, particularly during challenging times. Frequent layoffs and broken assurances further erode morale. The inconsistency in leadership decisions makes it challenging for employees to feel secure in their roles.
