Pros
- Great staff, mostly locals to the immediate areas - Good start to a career in the industry - Benefits package is ok, and active from day 1 of employment
Cons
- Poor communication from Director and Upper Managers. Changes to the business are presented as if the lower level employees are children, or incapable of understanding the deeper / actual reasons behind choices. - The building is a horrible location to work in, More recently it has been announced that the top floor will be closed, despite huge costs incurred as little as 18 months ago to fit the floor out and install air con (making it the only floor in the whole building with fresh air and workable temps) - Director is never or rarely in the office, leaving the location under management of people not suited to making decisions aligned with the longevity of the business. - Country wide move to outsource key services, creating mass redundancy
