Highly technical, paying attention to staff opinion, professional, world class, total science and experience based, motivating. state of the art tchnology and software development, not limted to seismic methods, expanded to non-seismic methods, engineering and geocience, very promissing and aggressive.
Cons
Too lengthy procedure of a seed idea to get it approved and implement into software development. The user friendliness of the software require a boost to be comparable to other softawre packages. mangement relationshio and familarity with senior level staff and developer needs re-arrangement and getting more targetted.
