Self-centered leader. Everything is about him. Not the organizational goals, but his bonus.Steals credit, for others work. Bullies, threats and intimidation mark the way he manages. You are not asked; you are bullied. Corporate is aware, they don't care. Poor self-awareness, he thinks he always right.Poor communicator, information is withheld. Micromanages, he dictates every last detail. Missing in action. Likes to disappear when there is layoffs or meetings, as he is insecure and unable to talk to people unless he is yelling.
