Pay for manufacturing is above average and good benefits
Greenfield site transitioning to brown so never boring
Good for early career. Being a newish site with few established procedures means you learn faster and take on more responsibility for early. It is relatively easy to make lateral moves to other departments after starting in manufacturing (not so much growing within your own)

Getting things done fast here always wins out over things being done right.
Poor upward mobility within your role. You can’t be promoted up a level (i,e II to III) til someone at that level leaves that role.
Leadership generally our of touch but where aren’t they
