Pros
The company offers good exposure to the CDMO industry, and the schedule is generally consistent. The work itself is not particularly difficult, and there are genuinely good people throughout the organization. Unfortunately, those positives are outweighed by persistent leadership and cultural issues that have only gotten worse over time.
Cons
The biggest problem is the lack of accountability. Rules are applied inconsistently, people regularly claim work is complete when it isn't, and poor performers are rarely addressed. Instead, the burden falls on the employees who consistently do the right thing, leading to burnout while others continue collecting a paycheck with few consequences.
The culture also rewards speed over quality. When employees have to choose between doing the job correctly or doing it quickly, the expectation is almost always to prioritize speed. This creates unnecessary risk, lowers standards, and sends the message that appearances matter more than actual performance.
