      Constantly changing internal organization chart and rules. Small company with politics. Only consider if you can work like a 200% Yes-man without independent views. Remuneration package not catching up with market rate. Career advancement not based on background, experience or ability. Full discretion on MD.

      Some colleagues are friendly and helpful, prime office location easily accessible

      Cons

      Work hard -> get rewarded with more work, average employee benefits, policies implemented to create obstacles for certain staff benefits, overly excessive appraisal system
