Will take people with no IT experience and get in the door. Paid for certifications and training. Flexible hybrid working. 8 hours volunteering a year. 1 wellness hour a week.
Cons
Pay is extremely bad compared to other apprenticeships. A lot of staff who have no idea what they're doing. Some cliquey behaviour in some teams. They have good values on paper but not always reflected in work.
