This company has the worst culture.
1) They won't give brand new laptop to new joiners, for any reason if your laptop is damaged , the company will charge 50% cost to you. Even after charging the cost they won't give you brand new laptop. Bully Policy. They bully employees

5) Attitude of people towards work is very slow and laidback. work wise organization is more government than a government
6) Not at all an employee friendly organization
7) New joiners are also put on bench as lack of project opportunties
8) Not a Global mindset
9) Miser company, a lot of deductions and in hand is very low
10) wont provide free transport. and paid transport bus also does not have AC .
11) office (Pune location) is very bad, tables and chairs not at all comfortable, if you are alone in entire bay, they will switch off lights only one light will be on, they will also ask to shut AC if only one member is in bay.
12) No tissues, no cups, if you ever forget the water bottle, be prepared to die of thirst. they wont provide a single glass or bottle as it will need approval and approval never comes on time.
13) First aid box does not have anything . No band aid no meds.
Overall the worst organization. People are political and do not have a global and collaborative mindset. very unprofessional attitude of people and no skill development
