Pros

Amazing, highly skilled coworkers & team members.

Cons

No accountability on leadership or the sales team. They claim to be in your corner, but has no problem throwing a current or ex-employees under the bus when there is an issue with a client/project. Leadership expects trust and respect but does not give it back to their staff. Very cultish mindset put forth by management. Forced us to listen Christian based videos/books without considering everyones viewpoints on religion. Management claims to have a high set of core values/morals, but do not practice what they preach-especially behind closed doors and out of range of the majority of the staff to hear. Management is OK with stealing other companies website designs and see no issue with it. They expect you to take on more tasks than you can handle or accomplish, then penalize staff members when they cannot achieve every goal. They claim they provide growth opportunities, but if you do not follow the same mindset, have the same viewpoints, or voice an opposing opinion, you are "not fit to be a leader". They focus on efficiency and not quality in their products/websites, Full Panel especially. They are OK with launching a half-done or broken project just to get "annoying clients out the door", then charge those clients to fix their website when they notice the issue. They makes unrealistic promises to their prospective clients and would give them extreme discounts to convince them to work with them. As a result the project would go over budget because of the unrealistic promises made, and the staff member(s) working on it would be penalized. Raises were rare no matter your performance/positive evaluations.

Pros

Discounted insurance rates, work from home option, flexible hours, amazing colleagues, great stepping stone to learn industry,

Cons

No accountability for management, no career advancement (regardless of what they say), compensation below typical range for skills (purposely hires people out of college to keep pay low, and have to threaten quitting or have someone fired in order to get a small raise), disjointed offices, cult like culture, 1/2 of company in "management roles", up-tight culture, unprofitable, not a reliable career path, constantly given additional responsibilities without title or compensation, this company acts and thinks they are Google or Moz, copies and steals others ideas / designs, makes promises to clients that are unrealistic, repeatedly does free work for clients, focus is on efficiency and not quality, management cliches (either their pet or they intentionally pushed you out). This company didn't feel like a career, but a live version of "Survivor", you never knew who would be voted off the island.
