Pros

Absolutely love it here. Full Visibility is truly an "employee first" company; it's not just a slogan. The leadership team truly cares about the well being of its people and is fully committed to the challenges faced by our Federal Government customers. We are a very flat organization and while management sincerely gives everyone a chance to play a part in our growth, they consistently make the best choices for the organization overall.

Cons

None that I can think of!

Pros

I’ve worked at Full Visibility and one of the biggest differentiators is the company’s genuine focus on people. Leadership consistently prioritizes employees, families, and long-term career growth instead of treating staff as interchangeable resources. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and built around trust, which is rare in government contracting. The mission work is also meaningful. The company supports important national security and technology modernization efforts, so employees feel connected to work that actually matters. Teams are given opportunities to solve hard problems, contribute ideas, and make a visible impact for customers. What stands out most is that the company is growing strategically without losing its people-first culture. Leadership has a clear vision for the future, invests in innovation and new capabilities, and still works hard to maintain the close-knit environment that made the company successful in the first place. Employees are treated with respect, recognized for their contributions, and trusted to do great work. Pros: Strong people-first culture Meaningful mission-focused work Supportive leadership team Smart growth strategy and vision Opportunities to contribute and be heard

Cons

As with most growing companies, processes are still evolving in some areas, but leadership is receptive to feedback and continuously improving.
