The people at the company are great to work with. The dev team is small so there is also a lot of opportunity to branch across multiple types of development.
PTO is also great.
Cons
The pay is fine for entry level but will be quickly outpaced. This is a great starting job but promotion opportunities are few and far between and the yearly raise doesn't even account for inflation.
