HR and partners turn a blind eye to workplace bullying and malicious behaviour. There is a cut-throat work environment and people are hard to trust. No bonus program and turnover is very high. The firm lacks diversity and female mentors and most of the partners are conservative white males. Partners can be very reclusive, particularly tax partners.
