Pros
I joined fullpath because an industry leader that I respected from my prior company joined them about a year ago. She hired a bunch of people who I also respected and my customers always said good things about Fullpath and their products. I was really optimistic about joining, I believed in the company. I mostly still do. I joined in a sales role to get my foot in the door in sales. I didn't know anyone in the sales team, but other people were having a good experience there. I learned quickly that working in sales at Fullpath is much different than working on any other team. In general, I do think my experience was mostly positive. Outside of a few leaders, the culture is collaborative and operates in a fast way that was inspiring. The amount of change I saw at the company with the products and service teams was positive. I understand why people want to work there and why dealers want to work with them. I wanted my own experience to be different.
Cons
The con is an easy one. Sales leadership. The CRO has seriously questionable judgement. I was in a sales development role constantly getting horrible leads and leadership would tell me to make things up in salesforce to make it seem like we made progress against them. But, most of the "qualified" leads weren't real. Neither was the follow up. Every sales leader knew that. My job was cut because our team wasn't showing results, but we weren't even really given a chance. I am not spiteful I was laid off. I'm still grateful I had the opportunity to work at a company like Fullpath. It was way more positive than my company prior. I just wish I was on a different team. I know I could have contributed so much more. Regarding sales leadership, this isn't just reflective of my experience. The other reviews here are real. It's a running joke internally how sales leadership never responds. He can sell, but he can't lead. The character of leadership continued to show post the layoff. After it happened, multiple leaders reached out to me offering to help. One of the senior leaders that runs another department even helped me line up a job interview. She didn't need to do this. She didn't hire or fire me. But the people who did... the sales leadership never even bothered to send a personal message. We got a lame notification from HR, and not even the slightest bit of basic decency from our "leaders". Says a lot about the culture.
