Pros

There is no pros at all.

Cons

First of all I don't even understand how this company has such a good rates in this platform. Please run away, unless you have no other better opportunities to grab. Seriously. This company's management system is completely trash. I've had the chance to work for huge and quite successful companies out there and none of them has this bad system to manage its employees. It looks like the slavery age hasn't finished for them. - Due to all of the tickets are under estimated, tickets are estimated in hours and most of them are 4 hours task (including development, research, QA and bug fixing), so general speaking you have to close 2 tickets per day no matter its complexity or what it's involved (not realistic at all in my experience). - You are being monitored all the time, you have to report every single minute of the time spent on each task, you have to split each report by maximum 2 hours if one of those reports exceed 2 hours the CTO and PM will DM you requesting explanations (that sucks in my opinion) - If by any chance you don't meet a ticket, you are mark with a big red flag and CTO and PM will DM requesting explanations about why that task took 40 mins or 1 hour more than expected. Having the CTO watching your movements is the most common thing that can happen to you in that company (it sucks). - You cannot be stuck or blocked on any ticket, you are not allowed to take your time to research. You are not an independent professional in that company (independency as professional is very important in my opinion). - This company wont hesitate to fired you instead of giving you the tools to improve whether is the case. - These people does not have soft skills to manage its employees. - There is not flexibility at all. One example is that if you have a doctors appointment you have to replace the time you "lost" by assisting to your appointment (I never saw this before). - This company is just about money you can make for them (I know that's the companies nature). At least in some other companies they give you kind of flexibility, make you feel countable and valuable, also you get perks like health insurance among others, but here in Fullstack Labs you don't have any kind of perks NO health insurance, NO flexibility, NOTHING. - They say working remotely (Work from home) is such a perk the company gives you (well..., I don't consider that as a perk).

Pros

- Company knows the importance of AI and is willing to give it as a tool to help their workforce - Flexible with time tracking. You have to track your time but the time of day you do your work is very flexible depending on the project you're working on.

Cons

- No equipment. Would be nice if there was some kind of leasing of laptops. - Salary is a bit below the average but depending on your country it's still very attractive. - You might get unlucky if you get to work with some delivery managers there that are too strict with "following processes". They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.

Pros

Not much anymore. No real leadership, and what leadership there is spends time doing things that don’t matter.

Cons

Underpaid, undervalued, unheard, invisible to leadership, and belittled.
