      Pros

      It is easy to newtwork within this county with various trainings. I am at a school where I feel supported. The school you choose can make or break your experience.

      Cons

      The workload seems to be increasing, but the pay remains the same. The county is starting to set unrealistic work goals that are beginning to interfere with balancing work and life.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
