      One of the better-paying districts in the state. Pending what school you're at there is lots of support.

      Cons

      Higher-ups change policy every year, and constantly seek more ways to pull teachers away from teaching and into parent meetings and report writing.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
