Pros
The headquarters is nice & well kept. Regular learning meetings help employees stay informed about new ideas and innovations across departments. Depending on the team you work with, the groups are tight-knit. The company provides ample opportunities to acquire new skills and pursue internal promotions, which are strongly encouraged. Benefits (401k, conditional yearly bonuses) are above average.
Cons
Cross-team communication is limited to structured learning meetings, and there’s little organic collaboration across departments. Leadership frequently changes opinions, causing project directions to change unpredictably, which can hinder long-term planning and create frustration. Team sizes are often too small for the scale of the projects, leading to burnout and delays. Compensation - including salaries and annual raises, is well below expectations, specially considering the required skills and workload.
