The executive team at FUM are a bunch of tree-hugger clowns who have no idea how to manage a company. Their lack of business acumen is sending this place straight into the ground. On top of that, they're actually asking employees to invest in their sinking ship—absolutely ridiculous! If you value your career, steer clear of this disaster.

It is a good idea

Working at FUM has been a challenging experience. There appears to be a lack of experienced leadership at the top, resulting in frequent mismanagement and decisions that have led to significant disruption. The treatment of US employees could be improved, as there have been instances where support and communication were lacking. The company's approach to adapting and supporting its teams often comes too late to be effective. While some may attribute these issues to growing pains, it feels more like a series of missteps that could be avoided with better management.
