Pros
Good pay, friendly people. Very little crunch. Overall employees are given a lot of say in what they do and how they do things. Not a lot of top down management.
Cons
Very few perks. Confused and amateurish management practices. Not much long term vision for the company. Communication with the Beijing office can be frustrating and feel like a waste of time. Slightly unprofessional office place.
