I would not recommend anyone to join the "Europe" team (aka Barcelona, because in Zug there are only "leaders," high positions/salaries) for many reasons: -There is zero impact on the company's benefit. -Everything is controlled from China, and there is no transparency or communication from them. -There is no roadmap of objectives or deliverables for the year. -There is no option for professional development or growth for employees. -You cannot trust what they offer you about the bonus; they deceive you.
