Pros
The company has genuinely good folk working in there, and it is easy to fit into the culture once onboarded. Everyone is always happy to help and give you a hand when you need it, which makes it easier to navigate than some other companies.
Cons
Constant Slack noise across dozens of channels, making it very difficult to keep track of what's going on as things constantly shift. The "career progression framework" is very ambiguous by design, making it extremely difficult to understand where you are and what you need to do to progress, so actual growth opportunities feel very limited and distant from reality.
