Fast paced environment - you'll have a lot of responsibility, perhaps beyond your experience level, allowing you to grow quickly.

You'll often be given few resources and expected to figure it out. It's a startup company, so I guess that's to be expected.

I love working for this company. I get to work with inspiring founders and a group of very intelligent and motivated team members. The position has helped me grow substantially as an individual and has helped me expand my career experience.

The only thing I would say is a downside is that I have to drive about 15 minutes to get to the office.
