      Pros

      They do some things well. Continous delivery and fairly reasonable micro services architecture. Work life balance is good. Easy enough to coast if that is your thing due to no blame culture.

      Cons

      The attempts to expand the business have not suceeded. They sold the US based based and now the rumours are swirling they will sell another section as it is falling behind the competitors Past tech decisions such as using Clojure means the company has a huge divide between Clojure/non Clojure developers and makes progression harder as you have to choose a path. Standard performance cycle which means that you really have to be doing lots of overtime to meet their standards for even a chance to get promoted.

      Pros

      The mission of helping small business owners succeed is easy to get behind.

      Cons

      Many people in senior management didn't know what they were doing and were very ego driven, but had the right background to get where they were. It was hard to get things done if you weren't in the right clique, which was somewhat determined by your background and nationality. Very slow to make decisions for a company that wasn't very big.
