I was told that my package was 2.5L I was given only 2.25L (including PF) Job role was told to be a financial adviser, turned out to be a sales role. 'Team leaders' don't work, they just boss around. Targets are kept so high, that its difficult to achieve them. At the end of Everyday (after your working hours), your team leader will have a session with you. The management is messed up. We were told that every month 2 Saturdays will be off, but we were never allowed to take leave on Saturdays. Employee turnover is too high. People abscond because they will be made to work like labour in the notice period. The team leader will fire you in your notice period and make it difficult for you to receive your relieving letter.
