Start-up growing fast - Director of Operations FunnelDash Employee Review

FunnelDash is early in its development and there is tons of room for growth. The owner Zach is a great person and cares a lot about the people who he works with. If you are an ambitious, hard working person who knows how to do your job well, you will be rewarded for that and Zach looks for people like that. Zach is an amazing salesman and there is no shortage of his ability to sell a product, he just needs great product people to surround him.

The technology isn't super innovative or cutting edge. Due to them trying to find their target audience as a young company, the product vision & direction has been a bit chaotic like most start ups. I believe they are more focused now though. Contracts only at the moment with no benefits. (This could have changed) There is a lot to do and fix and requires assertive people to take on the tasks. If you wait around to be told what to do, you won't last long.
