      Pros

      Very independent job with opportunities to be creative and try different things while running camps. Good chance experience working with receptive middle schoolers. TONS of different camps in game design and robotics, so it never becomes repetitive. CEO is always open to new ideas and ways of doing things. Flexible scheduling. Fun subject matter.

      Cons

      As the leader of the camps, your responsibilities can include unpaid time for getting/dropping off equipment and resolving issues outside of camp hours.

      Working with kids is great. Sometimes working with parents, not so great :-) Sometimes their expectations are too high

      Pros

      Funutation provides a good learning experience that is meant to be primarily fun for everyone involved. All the technology and equipment is provided by the company and the students enjoy having computers to work on their projects.

      Cons

      Some of the equipment didn't work which is understandable because it traveled a long way to get to our location. We got replacements pretty fast. Our 1 week program was stretched out for 4 weeks which started making the students a bit edgy by the end.
