Pros
A lot of room for growth, great team mentality. Potential is very intriguing, ability to really make an impact even at the store level. Corporate partners are relatively laid back and understanding about 'new' company growing pains.
Cons
Benefit package could be better, but it's a small company so it's expected. Communication between corporate and stores needs addressing, we are a small team in the US therefore communication should be perfect. But with a new corporate team onboard, this should improve. Being that the US branch is going through a reinvention process, there are some bumps and bruises that we take but that is expected. Before ANY good company gets to the level they are currently at, they go through some struggles.
