Pros
My interviews with both the CEO and another employee with whom I would be closely working went very well; they seemed lovely and I was told I would be mentored in a warm, collegial environment.
Cons
Everything I experienced was the opposite of what I had been told. I was given zero training, and yet constantly reprimanded for mistakes when they were aware I was coming in with zero advertising experience. Other employees in the office did not acknowledge my presence; I felt unwelcome. I think they had much turnover and were desperate to find hires. Never had I experienced so much disrespect on a first day. The next day, I was yelled at over the phone before I even arrived at the office. I warn anyone applying to think twice. Given the meager pay and poor benefits, this was unacceptable.
