Pros

As a customer service representative, you have the opportunity to assist and support travel healthcare professionals in finding suitable furnished housing options. You also learn about the travel healthcare industry; you can enhance your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict-resolution techniques.

Cons

We work under pressure most of the time as we're always understaffed. We're promised to work Mon-Fri, but once you sign the contract, you must work one weekend day a month or two if necessary, and it's not optional. Feedback is not provided regularly, making it difficult to keep track of your progress and opportunities. Communication is not the best; you're only notified about updates once they affect you or sometimes affect customers directly.

Previous management had values and standards.

Cons

Their CIO is a vicious, vindictive and rude. Zero communication. His competence can be gauged by, they didn’t have a QA environment and a QA database for testing. When I joined in a raised this concern and explained the founders how big and dumb move was this. Since then the CIO went against me and tried his level best to remove me. At last he was successful after a year when the new management came in who had no idea what his intentions were while giving reviews about resources.
