      They leave you to work on your own. Room for growth.

      Cons

      A lot of micro management. They watch every single thing that you do and question it. They are not fair at all. I was insulted by one of the partners and they’re very rude to the employees.

      Pros

      A wonderful community of people who will help you learn the ropes and mentor and grow your understanding of law.

      Cons

      They are a volume work environment so it can be very overwhelming at times. It feels like you never have enough enough workers for the amount of work you have.
