3 years so far at Fusion. I've been fortunate to work with amazing colleagues. Leadership in the company has helped me grow my skills and capabilities significantly. Fusion has a great company culture and I work with incredibly smart & talented people.

There are no cons. If you get a position with Fusion, you will see why.

Being a quality consultant is not about possessing the best technical skills, rather it’s in large part how you employ your talents & resources when asked to do so at the client site or by your employer. This is true for any consulting company – remember children – “perception is reality” Since employed at Fusion consulting I have never been without a quarterly bonus even throughout the last few years. That certainly says something about the owners given that bonus money is 100% discretionary. Personally, like any consulting company, there are a few people (author of previous post included) that I personally would not have paid a quarterly to – but hey, it’s not my company. In short, if you feel jarred because you did not get recognized for your clever “one liner ” at a company outing or for your “3 lines of coding gymnastics” please feel free to give up your 120K salary, as I would much rather have it as part of the bonus pool then going to someone who thinks their technical prowess was not recognized – 120K and Bonus is recognition enough! – don’t you think? – bet our counterparts in India would think so.
