•No hassle about time off. •During the summer they show employees appreciation by providing a company paid for food truck once each month. •Annual raises •Work is always interesting because of the huge variety and always changing jobs we do. I don’t get bored. •Very flexible with scheduling needs •For the most part, very little micro-managing

•Lacks adequate training and doesn’t set clear expectations. •Pays unfairly •No HR •Fear of addressing issues because of retaliation
