Pros

- Good place if you're on the good side of the CEO/Isaac Lee - Not sure if it's still like this, but lots of room to experiment (since they can't get anything right) - Investigative team is always protected - Used to have lots of $

Cons

- If you're working in digital, expect lay offs every couple months - If you're not tight with the execs, good luck - Culture of fear - Everything they try fails, for some reason - Too many chiefs not enough tribespeople - Bad salaries unless you're an exec

Pros

Very nice facilities, good backing with ABC and Univision, a lot of young people who are excited to get things done

Cons

If you're not prepared to be a freelancer who gets no benefits and no general respect, you probably won't get a job. They will tell you that you might become staff soon with no follow through. This is not necessarily a Fusion problem, but a South Florida TV problem - this area is awful for this business unless you're at the top of the totem pole. You would think that an exciting "start-up" might be different, but no. Complete lack of communication, from HR during hiring process, to supervisors, to management. Network has great backing with ABC and Univision, and while some of the content is interesting, a lot of it is flat out embarrassingly bad.
