None because they don't care about you.

They are very demanding, need you available all the time, can't get days off because they are always short staff and a very high rate of turnover employees. They pay rate is very low and charge their customers very high.

Gave me full time employment.

Bad sites, low wage for my level of security experience in the industry. Doesn't appreciate my level of experience / dedication.
